Pros

- It is a great product and they are truly doing something different that more companies should adopt

Cons

Where to even start? -Most people are BURNT OUT. They like to preach ways on how to avoiding burn out but not once they have made an effort to look at what their employees are going through. -Don't settle for a lower pay on the promise of being rewarded because you don't get that much anyways. -They did do a pulse check survey within the company and are not being transparent or taking immediate actions to resolve the issues at hand. Furthermore, people providing honest feedback during those surveys are being shamed by leaders (who are paid very well and happy) for simply stating how unhappy they are. -Also people are leaving the company, there are at least 2 that leave weekly so its a sinking ship -They decided to get a new office instead of focusing that money elsewhere. It is 2 days policy right now which they are strict about but most likely will go to three days with the new office.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing the strong relationships, flexibility, and benefits that many employees value at Workhuman. We recognize that customer-facing roles can be fast-paced and that experiences can vary across teams. As our business continues to mature, we're investing in stronger planning, clearer prioritization, and more effective ways of working across the organization. We'd also note that while recognition awards are an important part of our Total Rewards philosophy and are reflected in employees' Total Rewards statements, they are separate from base salary and bonus compensation. Recognition is first and foremost about celebrating meaningful contributions and impact, while also providing employees with tangible rewards for the great work they do. We know there is always more to do, and we remain committed to listening, learning, and improving the employee experience as we continue to grow. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.
