I applied online. I interviewed at Workhuman in May 2026
Interview
I interviewed for two separate roles. Both times the interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, a call with the hiring manager, a take home assessment and multiple interviews with future team members.
A bit of a legnthy process but pretty standard these days. The thing that made this so negative is that BOTH times I made it to final round stages and after completion never heard from the recruiter again. I eventually reached out on my own and was told I did not secure the position.
Really callous way to treat a candidate after investing so much time, especially at a company that purports to be "all about people" - do better.

Give me an example of a time where you had to push back on executive feedback.
Good and smooth interview process. Very strong technical performance which has been communicated as a feedback. However , I have been dragged twice to a behavioural interview. My answers were very structured and clear , but they kept saying the role communication is so specific and no clear feedback except "they think you are a lovely person but the role is specific" . I have never face something similar which has left a very sour taste in my mouth , I think they might refuse you because you have an accent ....
Thanks for sharing your experiences. If you want to reach out again to the recruiter, we can get you some more detailed feedback. There are so many nations and cultures represented in our Dublin office, so accent would never be a factor. Please do follow up if you want more information or feedback.
First submitted my C.V and received a take-home technical challenge. Had a little under a week to complete and was a relatively straightforward frontend project. A few days later I received confirmation I had progressed to next stage and had a interview with a junior engineer and my eventual manager. We had a brief chat about my project , how i could potentially improve my it (nothing too technical) and discussed my c.v.
