Pros

Nice office space - multiple company gatherings/celebrations every year (pre-covid)

Cons

Overtime hours 25-50% of the time (unpaid for salaried of course) No sense of career growth or any advised structure for performance - loves saying that you can "create your own career path" constantly No sense of transparent goal setting for the company at large - goals are not measurable, roadmaps are thrown out the window halfway through every year Leaders change their mind on a dime and in turn, micromanage individual projects, instead of setting a vision and empowering employees to get the work done (relates to above) Very performative positivity which creates inauthentic culture. Have been told in meetings to not ask any negative questions, there is no opportunity to discuss things that could be improved

As has been the case for most companies during the pandemic, there are always realities that emerge in the midst of the most well-intended strategy. We will always endeavor to take advantage of marketplace opportunities as they emerge. Finally, our people leaders are provided with education and resources that allow them to set SMART goals for their team members and build team cultures that encourage feedback, psychological safety, and connection.

Flexibility Good pay and benefits On a good path for the future

Cons

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
