Pros

Lots of snacks, that’s it.

Cons

They don’t practice what they preach. If you want help with personal development or changing departments, they do not care and will more than likely let you go. Also, went to HR about my manager being questionable as a leader and was told there’s been concerns but they wouldn’t do anything. I was also told i would get promoted and then they went silent and was told give it time.

Cons

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
