Their marketing is effective, but that's the extent of it. It's just an image, a facade. Orwellian.

Cons

I'm concerned about the absence of psychological safety, the leadership approach, and the regulation practices, especially since agents must adhere to company procedures regardless of legal requirements. This creates an environment that feels unsafe, unhealthy, and untrustworthy.

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
