Pros

The only positive is the training. They give you good skills but absolutely nothing else.

Cons

Terrible hours- you get weird looks if you leave before 6pm. Once you leave you must go home and basically do homework for the next day. They have no incoming leads because the outside world knows what a scam they are so new hires must go home and "source" for hours or else they will get chewed out in front of their team. Terrible management- they do not promote people because of personality or leadership ability. They promote because everyone else quits or because they have the best individual numbers. Managers are abusive and have no idea how to lead or motivate. Terrible brand- numerous times I was denied business because of the reputation of the company. Used to be way worse but still not great. They have no Internet presence besides negative reviews, and that is no accident. Bad culture- it's a drinking mentality. All the sales goals rewards are to go drink. They drink alcohol in the office because its a room of new college grads or people who couldn't find another job. This place is completely and totally unprofessional. Bad pay- you start at 14 dollars/hour and get verbally abused. When you get "raises" it is a scam. You get like 50 dollars every pay period more than before. You do 15k+ placements and your manager gets ALL the commission for your work.

Pros

Supportive Management (both professionally and personally) Fun Environment Competitive (they will push you but also give you the tools to succeed) Open Communication (I have had a lot of conversations with management, both good and bad, and whether or not you like their response - they do listen to you) Structure (while some people may see the structure as limiting, I recently had a brief stint with another agency and let me tell you... job order/call/feedback models ensure you don't miss any information) Great place for a college grad who enjoys competition and is ready to grind. Your team/office will help you celebrate your wins.

Cons

it's sales. The job is losing more than you win. Understand that. Accept that.

Pros

Overall this has been the most positive environment and company I have worked for. Their excellent training program and attention to detail is amazing. Management is always available to help when you need it, and do whatever they can to make sure you succeed. -Top notch training program -Strong team environment -Investment in personal and professional growth -Opportunity to interact with high level executives in company -Ability to form lasting friendships and business relationships inside and outside of the organization -Opportunity for unusually high income -Clear path to promotion and organic growth

Cons

-You have to navigate the training program prior to getting on to commission. This is to make sure that you have the proper skills before relying solely on performance and commission as your income. Some might see this as negative, but it is the safest and best way to make sure that when you are on commission, you will be ready and able to earn high income. -Sales and the agency recruiting model is performance based once you reach commission. If you are not good at managing your income, or not used to performance based income, this can be stressful. The management team does a quite good job of making sure that you are moved to commission when you are ready. -It is hard. Not rocket science, but a grind. If you are not the type of person to push themselves on a daily basis, or to be uncomfortable in your training and day-to-day work, this will be a difficult place to succeed. A commission based sales position is not for everyone.
