Bad pay. It is appealing to recent college grads because they hire right out of college. But there is an outlandish commission structure (impossible to hit, unrealistic once you are actually eligible for commission. MICRO MANAGEMENT to the extreme, be prepared to have someone constantly questioning what/when/why you’re doing what you are doing. Training is also flawed because when you’ve hit your breaking point and decided to move on you struggle with IT recruiting because you’re siloed to one tech. Dozens of other recruiting firms in Philadelphia, look there first.
