      Remote first Leadership focuses on outcomes rather than micro managing activities Competitive pay where everyone has a bonus Bonuses paid based on results and performance reviews Interdisciplinary focus on accounting a F,P&A allows specialization and deeper focus to build skills Great leaders that appreciate your hard work

      Cons

      Remote culture can mean you don’t get together often with your peers We just git bought by ADP but so far this seems to be creating more opportunities

      Pros

      Great company and surrounded by many great talented individuals that helped shape the company to where it’s at today, even after being acquired by ADP.

      Cons

      Individuals at higher levels are able to either pull the wool over others eyes, or others in those higher positions choose to turn their back to confront serious HR issues along with using company $$ as their personal travel fund.
