Pros
I worked in their Ann Arbor office. The area is amazing, with events happening fairly often. The company itself gave interns actual work to do and presented interesting challenges. The offices are very nice and have kitchens with food in them.
Cons
The only real downside that I ran into was the rotation schedule that employees work on. As an intern I wasn't included in it, but two of the other members of the project that I was on were moved off, granted it gave me an opportunity to make myself very helpful.
