Random layoffs caused workflow to be chaotic at times due to loss of institutional knowledge and staff shortages. Global company with several subsidiaries which are not always in sync as far as corporate policies and standardized processes.

Great company and surrounded by many great talented individuals that helped shape the company to where it’s at today, even after being acquired by ADP.
Cons
Individuals at higher levels are able to either pull the wool over others eyes, or others in those higher positions choose to turn their back to confront serious HR issues along with using company $$ as their personal travel fund.
