Pros
The main differentiators that I see of working at Wizeline are the people driven culture, the great talent of its people, a leadership that remains with a learning mindset and the many learning opportunities that you have either by the trainings that we can get through Academy or by being able to execute different roles that are aligned to your career development path.
Cons
As in any fast growth company, we need to iterate with ideas and processes to keep the company successful while we scale and therefore we also face mistakes while we test new processes to improve the company. In addition to this, due to the amount and size of customers that we have, you need to be ready for a fast and busy schedule; but that as well is what allows you to learn faster.
