Inexperienced C-Suite managing less experienced execs. Promotions based not on merit but on favoritism. The egos that prevent execs and c-suite from listening to people they actually know their job may cause the company’s undoing. Watching it play out in real time and being impacted by it with an HR dept that provides zero employee support.
