Management. Exec leadership team does not know how to manage and did not watch costs accordingly despite revenue numbers never improving which led to a layoff of 75 people and not one senior manager included in that. HR is not based in US even though its a US based company so very frustrating to deal with them post layoff but they also do not adhere to confidential conversations so addressing concerns with them is not possible. Lots of competitors to the Within3 product and they laid off half their account team which is a huge asset to this company so worried about the impact on contract without the support.

Has grown too quickly, business units are now siloed. No cross-department communication, making client facing roles outside of US extremely difficult. Threw people at a problem and are now getting rid of their best people or those that didn't "fit" within the company. Naive leadership team (all US based) who have grown up with the company. Not one member of the leadership team is experienced in running a company or managing people. They also do not like any criticism. Need senior managements based in EU to more understand the local market.
