- Work from home - Collaborative culture - Can be fun, colleagues can be nice
Cons
- Admin land - overkill of tools and email alerts - Management isolated - wanted staff to collaborate and demonstrate teamwork, but management may seem a little aloof and in their own islands - Topdown style - collaborations but to follow what the management wants you to do, not necessarily what may be beneficial for the individual or on the whole - just do style with no questions back. - Systems outdated and feedback loop disconnected - Feedback gathered throughout on system enhancements and ideas left unattended for the years that had been there, as though nothing concrete had been done to further enhance the platform.
