Cons
Honestly this company has got to get it together. They are struggling to manage people in an efficient way and I had great hope for this job but was very disappointed. They've had very high turnover in the past year, losing almost entire teams because there aren't set expectations or job roles and action isn't taken by upper management (there is no upper management, only 3 C-Level people who are fairly uninvolved in the every day of the organization. Do not expect to be promoted regardless of how high performing you are. Promotions are primarily based on if you got into the organization before it hit 50 people despite having literally no experience in the role you are being promoted into. This company is friends promoting friends and it has created a company of non-experts trying to lead people with legitimate experience which causes a lot of frustration. Lots and lots of airing of personal information of employees and MASSIVE pay disparity between both women and men in the company and folks that have been at the company since it was small in the same position as people that started two months later in the same positions.
