-to work at a company whose mission aligns with your own values is rare, and I feel lucky to have that here -incredibly smart, hardworking, mission-driven people -good pay and benefits -lots of women in leadership roles including CEO -so much room to grow. you get a lot of ownership and autonomy because of how much there is to build and scale throughout the company -thriving business that grows every month -culture and core values means something at the company. it's not lip service -flexible work hours and fully remote -innovates quickly and puts out great products

-the company is really small and that makes it difficult to step away from work. in a sense your always "on" and because of that work/life balance is tough. You have really flexible work hours which is great but the trade off is you have to be available if noone else can cover for you. honestly more hiring would be appreciated. -leadership sometimes struggles to commit to priorities and then there are too many. It would nice to see the executive team align and commit on priorities vs pivoting as frequently as they do but they do their best to communicate why pivots happen. I also think more hiring would help with this too. we need more people for the level of ambition the company has.
