Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Wisp (CA) as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 3 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). The first two rounds (HR and hiring manager) were conversational and straightforward. The hiring manager was very transparent—arguably to a fault—about outdated systems and a highly manual, “scrappy” day-to-day, which made the role less appealing. After advancing to the final round, I was asked to complete a project requiring 2–3 hours of prep and present it in a 1-hour session. For this level of role, I found the ask excessive and misaligned with the standard interview processes, so I withdrew myself.

Interview
Had 3 rounds of interviews, including a take-home assessment and presentation. After the final round I was ghosted by the company. The team members I interviewed with were nice, but the recruiting staff was very hit or miss with their responses.

Interview
Interviewer could not have been less professional.
She pushed the meeting 30 minutes, still logged on 10 minutes late.
Became abundantly clear I was not being seriously considered for the position as she was clearly doing something else on her screen and not in the mood to talk with me.
Withdrew my candidacy to save myself more wasted time.
Laughably bad. Hope to save someone else the time.
