      I love the collaborative culture, flexibility and work-life balance, and how we recognize one another. We love to celebrate wins (big and small) and celebrate one another! I also love the growth opportunities here!

      Cons

      I have no personal cons but recognize that it could be tough for people who are not autonomous since we are a startup and things can change quickly!

      Pros

      I worked for Wisedocs as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, working closely with Denys and Jenna. It was one of my best professional experiences. They gave me enough scope to work on and design the project, and it turned out pretty well. This is one of the best workspaces I've been in, and I highly recommend anyone to join this company.

      Cons

      I wish Wisedocs could provide more varieties of snacks in the kitchen.
