To address your pain points in the process: - The Medical Doc specialist role is an entry level/junior role. Hence the salary is reflective of that. The salary is based on market rates for the same/similar roles. - Clinical expertise is not a requirement for this role, although valuable of course. - We try our best to keep the recruitment process be efficient, smooth and quick. We receive a very high number of applicants, and we aim to provide all a fair opportunity, which can cause a small delay for candidates, However, we do guarantee that all candidates that interview with you will get a response back on the decision once we have made our selection. - All candidates that request feedback, are given feedback. If we failed to do this, please email us again. We receive a high number of emails so please allow adequate time for a response. A recruiter will respond to you as soon as possible.
