Pros

Wide choice of excellent and affordable company subsidized benefits. Young workforce, growing company. Always something fun going on, milkshakes on a Friday, tailgate party before the superbowl, contests etc. Keeps it interesting.

Cons

Location provides limited access to restaurants for lunch, but reliable take-out/delivery. HVAC could be more consistent (often too warm)

Pros

Great co-workers, really helpful and thoughtful Management makes an effort to show employee appreciation throughout the year by: Offering Rewards for doing a job well done. The rewards can be "cashed in" for gift cards, lunch etc. Organizing potlucks, BBQ's, giveaways, pizza lunches, breakfast Management is always looking to improve and are open to hearing employee suggestions I am lucky enough to work with a group of people who make "work life" enjoyable and pleasant

Pros

At first they promise you the world like Enron.

Cons

Management can never be professional and be on time, always excuses. They should be professional and committed not in his pj's running around the living room at 10am while berating employee's who over overworked for being a minute late. Management only cares about themselves, they have drama llama issues and talk about everyone behind their backs. Gross, sexist and demeaning talk around the office. They promise you at hire they value education and will help pay for education. When that time comes they lie to your face about ever offering help, even though you've been there many years. Impossible to take time off and some people are working over 80 hours a week being salaried for far less with no care from management and no compensation, not even bonuses.
