Pros

The pros are past. Used to have more than 60 employees. Now down to 18 (maybe). Had smart leaders and employees, now...read the CONS.

Cons

The ONLY con is the CEO. I'm not going to beat around the bush - The CEO is a full blown narcissist with a dash of sociopath. If you're entertaining a job here all I can say is working with the CEO is the last thing you want to do. There needs to be a public service announcement about how toxic the guy is. He thinks he knows everything and all he has done is single-handed sink the company. Sales can’t close anything because he ruins every deal. Marketing can’t market because he knows better than people with 20+ years of experience. And not to mention product development. All his ideas are irrelevant and do not drive sales. He has pushed out everyone that has experience in B2B SaaS and growing a start-up. He knows everything and if you stand-up to him or question his ideas, he runs to HR and gets you fired. And ladies, he is a full blown misogynist.

Pros

A fast-paced company where you can wear a lot of hats and learn a lot of different skill sets. If you work hard, you are recognized by upper management, and they are profuse with their appreciation. Flexible time off and great health, dental and vision benefits. Exciting time to be with the company with the release of a new product.

Cons

It’s not for everyone—it takes a lot of hard work to get a new product off the ground, so you may be asked to take on more tasks than usual. But it is fulfilling to see big companies buying the product.

Pros

I worked with some amazing people and the team in my department was great. Remote work and solid benefits were nice.

Cons

Upper management is full of nepotism and narcissism that doesn't actually know how to run a company. Constantly shifting priorities on a whim with no clear end goal or vision has resulted in burning all of the investment money, with no sales pipeline to show for it, and no VC firms willing to further invest in the company.
