Younger generation is taking over, and they do not have the same work ethic. People are not put in correct positions. The wrong people are leaving, and the wrong people are protected. Management will not hold people accountable because of who they are close to or who they are related to. This will be the demise of the company that I have previously loved working for. Constant negativity and gossip is killing moral.
