Pros

I've worked for multi-billion dollar corporations most of my professional career life. Until Whitmor found me and lured me over with the prospect of joining a smaller but yet growing extremely fast company. After growing tired of all of the large corporation buy-outs, transitions, getting lost in the fray. I took the leap to join Whitmor, couldn't have been happier since. The leading management seems to know what is going on, works hard to grow the company as well as make their employee's happy. They are constantly trying to find new ways to make their employee's happy while keeping up with the growth.

Cons

Smaller office = big time gossip. You will have a few employee's who cannot be satisfied with anything, or ever will be satisfied they are just unhappy people in general. With a small office comes people who try to pull you into gossip rings, if you are a professional you can keep out of those and do your duties 110%. Those few employee's who are unhappy should go join one of those large billion dollar companies I had been part of... then they would have a billion new complaints to be unhappy about! You take the good with the bad, no company is ever perfect but this company tries hard to make as many people happy as possible. (This is not really a con at all)
