      -Learn a lot of thing -Colleagues all are friendly -13 Months Salary (1 month Bonus, after confirm)

      Cons

      -Will have Tsunami on kick out whole batch of staffs time by time -Workload might be overloaded -Dealing with different Industry like (Supermarket, Pharmacy, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and etc) -Working Environment is great -Will get a lot FREE Household and Personal Care Products

      Pros

      A company in FMCG that was growing fast in China, Hong Kong and also Singapore; If you are new grad that does not care about work and life balance and will to work hard and get promoted soon, it will be a good place for you; My manager was very good at team building; I learned a lot from him; I got promoted to a higher position in the second year.

      Cons

      But the big boss is kind of strict; No work and life balance.
