      -good for entry level if you really have no experience and want to start a career -lots of things to learn

      Cons

      poor pay, always excuses to not raise salary each year, toxic colleagues. Glad I left as soon as I could, felt depressed there, almost everyone leaves within few months

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
