Long work hours esp early morning and evenings with US teams, extreme execution pressures with no thanks you culture, uninspiring and toxic new leadership, fading respect for SAFe and processes, changing priorities.

Pros

Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

Cons

Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
