      Nice location. The right idea on moving to the Silicon Valley. Good emphasis on Development staff ramp up.

      Cons

      Executives don't really understand the technology and the latest payment space. The company moved to the Silicon Valley to get the top tech talent but they brought the executives from Denver. Not a smart move

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
