      Flexible working hours and good balance of work/life. Challenging work and good experience.

      Cons

      Jobs are outsourcing. Less and less development positions left. Some groups are very stressful but some are lay back. And sometimes it's hard to talk between different groups.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
