      Compensation and benefits are generally good.

      Cons

      Company constantly restructures with heavy toll to business and employees. Management doesn't seem to find the right formula to drive profitability in a highly competitive environment. Career opportunities are few especially when employees are not in Denver.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
