      The Business Solution division is part of the larger WU company that has the majority of the funding, resources and desire to try to address inefficiencies .

      Cons

      Unacceptable regionalised cultures and passive aggressive behaviours go unchallenged in WUBS - making it impossible to get things done.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
