      Pros

      Good starting place. Decent pay with benefits. Interesting people at entry level positions

      Cons

      Confusing decisions from management, seems directionless at times. Enforcing change. Ask for honest opinions but then people get disciplined for speaking their mind. Company tools (compliance) constantly breaking, practice seems to be to release not fully developed products.
