      Pros

      Good earning potential, lovely people to work with and decent structure on this side of the business.

      Cons

      Bonus plans changed and incentives reduced. Benefits are poor for a company of this size (no healthcare, for example).

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
