      Great pay, work/life balance, benefits.

      Cons

      Only concerned with the bottom-line, upper management has no clue about what employees are going through. Employees dedicated years with the company and what do they get in return.....LAID OFF and put in the unemployment line while their jobs are given to another country.

      Pros

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
