      Company culture is good. Benefits are decent. Convenient Vancouver downtown location. Opportunity to learn new things and take over new responsibilities.

      Cons

      Opportunity to work from home is pretty much non-existent. Compensation most of the time doesn't balance the workload you're asked to do.
