badly managed - Pharmacy Technician Well+Good Employee Review

The team is super friendly and welcoming. I have always felt valued and respected since day 1, which was not something I experienced at other companies I've worked for. Although we are remote, you can feel that the culture is relaxed, professional, and fun! So happy to be apart of this company!

As a new hire, I have no cons thus far and don't expect to.

You get to do some cool things. The only perk was in-office yoga.

-Management-a bunch of terrorist psychos. Very condescending, don't appreciate employees even though everyone's slaving away for them. -Organization sucks. The process of everything is chaotic and last minute and doesn't make sense at all. -You have no work-life balance even though it's a wellness company. Isn't it ironic?
