Cons
Significant managerial incompetence and toxicity which greatly hinders office culture, performance and motivation among all employees. It creates a culture where everyone is only looking out for themselves, with no team spirit or collaboration in any form - the only initiatives are vanity projects to justify senior positions. Teams are managed inconsistently with processes and procedures differing from one team to the next, often in an attempt to avoid any responsibility or accountability (if you don't do the work, you can't get in trouble for messing it up -classic in too deep management). Any concerns raised are ignored only to fester and become significant and problematic issues for clients in the future. Clients and assignee have simple issues which due to internal controls, procedures and processes become significant issues causing frustration from the assignee and client.
