If you care about equity, equal chances, transparence, this place is not for you. Targets are meaningless and are given without explanation. Management is a disaster : different rules applied to people in a same team (for example, home office policy or bonus policy) Management has a new top priority every 2 hours. There is no clear direction. Micromanagement is their base, for example you are given task to do in a given time frame while it could be done at any time. They achieved to convert a job of market manager into the most stupid job ever.
