I loved my boss. He was excellent in sales, he taught me so much, and always had an open door policy for any suggestions or concerns I had. We had excellent benefits, and a super fun work environment. I was given the chance to work from home during my last year, which was fantastic. I was sorry to have to leave.

It was irritating that our selling rules changed every other week for the most of my tenure but I guess it's like that in a lot of places.

Use to have a pretty relaxed working environment, kind of get your job done and do whatever you like type of thing.

starting for 2014, vibe changed a lot. Very much a micromanaging place and start to substitute and outsource to cheaper labors. let a lot of people go.... oh well
