The Process sucks, and they really shoot you down when you are talking to them. They deny you and tell you are not good for the job, that means they want you and you will have to argued why you are right for the job.

Interview
Interview was initially held off for a month since the company had just moved from AZ to Dallas. Very short interview, very laid back and very to the point. The interviewer was very straight forward and to the point.

Interview
Pretty easy. 2 supervisors going back and fourth trying to shake you but overall it was super laid back. Kept saying I needed to go back to corporate America but kept me there 2 hrs then said call back Monday at 830am. Got the job! If you call later than the time they say you will probably not get the job.
