      - Great team of co-workers who want to help you succeed -Thought leadership is a priority -Good opportunities to work with super recognizable brands and companies

      Cons

      -Not the most transparent review process and leadership -Pay for lower level staff is below industry standard -Not the best invectives for moving up higher in the company. Management and above seem to struggle with work life balance. Senior team members were constantly working late at night
