Hire & Fire Unable to afford an icard for employees Unable to afford a Good tea for employees Unable to afford a handwash in washroom for employees Unable to afford a Good employees with Good salary AC's are showcase, maximum time they off the ACs to save electricity bills Rude behavior of HR - Full of politics mind, always involved in the employees work. HRs don't have any technical knowledge but believe me, every employees has to report the work status to HRs at EOD. MD of this company not even know how to treat with employees. He is not able to take good decision, that's why his company graph is going down day by day No work culture and environment No learning - always try to hire fresher- 3 months free - next 3 months salary (5k or 6k max) and after 1 years they fire them. Upwork based company - office boys run billing in the night! Salary Never on time No learning - For employees as well as students those come for training Worst training to students - They don't have proper curriculum or syllabus to give training. All colleges should black-list company. Fake commitment during hiring so be careful if you are thinking to join this company They fire the employees without any reason - without giving full notice period and salary, without thinking about his/her career. Expect to sit late night - work extra - but company will never think to give anything to employee. They always treat as slaves - thats why you will see 99% new faces in this company.

I learn so many things from the company in the development with new technologies and now days I am working in good company on high scale salary Package. Specially thanks to the CEO and management including my seniors of the Company.

As this is start up and growing company so every company is required some kind of improvements which is good but if any company is keep working on improvements then it's good so nothing as much as negative for WebAstral from my point of view.
