The site on Post Oak offers free parking. You also get an office or a cubicle depending on your seniority.

Low Morale, Low Pay, Bonus Freezes, Salary Freezes, Low Promotion Rate, No Change. There are a substantial number of people within the organization that I know personally who are currently looking elsewhere. There are several reasons behind this. Most of which I have outlined in the first sentence of this paragraph. Oftentimes also, open positions might be open for up to a year. So, if you see something that has been open for 3 months, don't get your hopes up. They are very selective in the hiring process. If you have no other job offers, I would take this place as a Resume builder for a year or two, otherwise I would look elsewhere and get paid your fair market value. Money not earned is money lost.
