      Pay is decent, benefits are solid Vacation pay in just 6 months employment Colleagues I worked with were good to work with

      Cons

      Training Program leaves a lot to be desired. Management does a poor job in communicating to their employees. Placement in the training program doesn't necessarily equal a good job fit
