Pros
Ok/average benefits. Ok pay. They measure everything against peers and go solely by that. Not an original or trend setting thought to be had.
Cons
Company is in serious financial trouble and may go into receivership before long. Cash issues causing knee jerk management style. Constantly in fire fighting mode due to problems like inventory due to debt load and desperate need for cash. Canada still very much led by an old boys club that protect each other's role but not those of floor and field workers.
