Wish I Could Give 0 Stars - Accounting Wayne State Employee Review

Your experiences and feedback are only important if you’re a supervisor or an upper level employee. You get rewarded for being excellent with more work under the guise of “teamwork”. They don’t do it covertly; it’s blatant. Supervisors enforce policies based on how they feel about you personally. You can be optimistic and failing at all your tasks and they will praise you. If you’re an African American woman in an entry level position and have anything to say besides, “Okay, sounds good!”, you’re viewed as confrontational and aggressive. No promotion in sight because I’m still working on my degree; however, I get new tasks on a monthly basis.
