What was my experience working in higher education?
The interview process begins with an initial phone screening to assess general fit and interest. Candidates then complete a technical assessment relevant to the role. This is followed by two rounds of virtual interviews—one with the prospective team to evaluate collaboration and expertise, and another with the hiring manager to discuss strategic alignment and expectations. A final conversation with HR covers compensation, benefits, and company culture. After successful reference checks, an offer letter is typically extended within two weeks.
