There is a genuine sense of enjoyment that accompanies the work, and absolute respect for boundaries. Work-life balance is a priority, and leadership practices what they preach. The support to take time where needed and find balance is extraordinary.

As with any growing startup, this is a fast-paced environment with a team that is geared towards moving swiftly and adapting to new challenges. This is not for the weak of heart, or those looking to coast.

Waymark as a good pulse on what people need and aren't afraid to ask If its not defined. Don't think I expected this much freedom to share ideas, feedback, and evolve. Growth is an understatement here, as Waymark puts you in the driver's seat on where you want to go. Also the teams are REALLY kind and light hearted. The managers are ready to hear your ideas and teammates are always down for a quick connect on anything. Support is equally distributed and everyone takes the initiative to uplift others when they can.
