      Good pay. Management friendly. Long hours if you can do. Supervisor helpful. Weekly pay

      Busy. Long hours during busy time but more money as well.

      Pros

      To keep it simple, Waymark is probably one of the best companies you will ever work for. Everyone here is incredibly smart and talented, hard-working and supportive. You really get the sense from the leadership that they care about each and every one of their employees and take any feedback to heart. At Waymark, you truly feel as though you are contributing to the larger goal and apart of the company's successes. The benefits are awesome, the people are awesome, the space is awesome; all of these contribute to a super positive work environment that encourages all to do their best work.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a Con, but anyone applying to Waymark should enjoy working as a team and be a team player. Also, the amount of company outings, events, snacks, and lunches may cause anyone to gain a couple extra pounds. But, that's what the YMCA membership is for. ;)

      A truly entrepreneurial and inclusive environment. Waymark is the perfect example of smart, amazing people working on a smart, amazing product. Couldn't be more proud to be here.

      Compared to most other work environments, there are no serious cons here.
