Pros
I have been with Wawanesa insurance for just over two years. My reason for accespting my position was that the leadership is so strong. I have the freedom to set my own work load and schedule. I am given all of the tools needed to accomplish my job to the best of my abilities. The culture at Wawanesa is pretty laid back and everyone is very down to earth. In my experience I have seen a lot of reward for the performance I bring to the table. If you are a high performer and easy going Wawanesa would be a good fit for you.
Cons
Back when I started two years ago there were issues with employee satisfaction but since then a lot has been implemented and there has been a noticeable shift in the company. I have no issues with the company or my job. This is the best employer I have worked for out of the 9 in my career.
