Unorganized and not worth your time - Sales Representative Wave Management Employee Review

I worked with Porsia the CoDirector for a short time but I learned so much from her. Everyone at this company comes together to ensure you build yourself a pathway to success. While you do have to put some hard work in to build your place in the company, Corporate Trainers and all the directors help you every step of the way. All my cons are very personal but include the distance I had to travel to work and other facilities, it was also not the type of career trajectory I was looking for. This job required a lot of up front hours on your feet but once you learn how to grow your team, you spend more time just building up your team members. If you're looking for marketing, management, on-boarding, consulting and eventual business experience this is for you. This job gives you a lot of experience starting out.

Being fairly new I am realizing quickly how the manager pays it forward to the top reps in the office. He has taken some high rolling reps to an NFL football game and I must say that was an experience in itself! I have never personally been to an NFL game so him giving me an opportunity to go was amazing. Also, I have seen him take other reps to an NBA game which I actually was a part of as well. Now the greatest part of the recognition in my opinion is that every single morning he gives recognition to those who did a job well done and gives them an opportunity to speak in front of everyone. At first I was a bit nervous but over time I gained confidence to continue to speak and now he cant shut me up. Which in fact allows me to be a much more confident influence on reps which I value. The lessons and skills I have learned, money can not buy.

Incentives and the biggest slice of the pie goes to the top which pushes us to continue to be better. Some people might not enjoy the competition but I know I sure do. Forces us to constantly break out of our comfort zones which everyone just isnt going to agree with.
